سياسة الخصوصية

خصوصيتك مهمة لنا. السياسة دي بتشرح بشكل بسيط إيه البيانات اللي بنجمعها، وليه، وإزاي تتحكم فيها. اللعبة مجانية وبتعتمد على الإعلانات.
1. البيانات اللي بنجمعها

بنخزّن على جهازك: تقدمك وإعداداتك (الصوت واللغة والمظهر...) محليًا. ومش بنجمع: اسمك الحقيقي، رقم تليفونك، موقعك الدقيق (GPS)، جهات اتصالك، صورك، أو ميكروفونك.
2. الإعلانات
اللعبة بتعرض إعلانات عن طريق Google AdMob. جوجل ممكن تجمع وتستخدم معرّف الإعلانات في جهازك وبيانات تقنية عن الجهاز لعرض إعلانات (ممكن تكون مخصصة) وقياس أدائها، وفق سياسة خصوصية جوجل. تقدر تقفل تخصيص الإعلانات أو تصفّر معرّف الإعلانات من إعدادات جهازك (الإعدادات ← جوجل ← الإعلانات). في الدول اللي بتتطلب موافقة (زي الاتحاد الأوروبي)، بنطلب موافقتك قبل عرض إعلانات مخصصة.
3. مشاركة البيانات
- مش بنبيع بياناتك.
- Google AdMob: لعرض الإعلانات (القسم 2).
- خدمة تحديد الدولة (api.country.is): بنبعتلها عنوان الإنترنت لحظة تسجيلك لأول مرة عشان نعرف الدولة فقط، وما بنخزّنش العنوان.
- مزوّد الاستضافة اللي بيشغّل السيرفر بتاعنا (بيخزّن البيانات المذكورة فوق).
- الاسم المستعار والصورة والنقاط بتظهر للاعبين الآخرين في الدوري.
- ممكن نكشف بيانات لو القانون أو جهة رسمية طلبت ده.
4. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
بنحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طول ما إنت بتلعب، وممكن نحذف الحسابات غير النشطة لأكتر من 24 شهرًا. الإحصائيات المجمّعة (اللي مش مرتبطة بلاعب معين) ممكن نحتفظ بيها لتحسين اللعبة.
5. حقوقك وطلب حذف البيانات
تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها بالكامل. ابعتلنا على support@tilefox.app ومعاك «رمز اللاعب» (بتلاقيه في اللعبة: الإعدادات ← حسابي). هنحذف بياناتك من السيرفر خلال 30 يوم. ملحوظة: حذف تطبيق اللعبة من جهازك بيمسح البيانات المحلية بس، مش بيانات السيرفر.
لو إنت في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو بريطانيا أو دولة ليها قانون مشابه، فليك كمان حق الاعتراض على المعالجة وحق تقديم شكوى للجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات في بلدك.
6. الأطفال
اللعبة مش موجّهة للأطفال أقل من 13 سنة (أو السن الأعلى اللي قانون بلدك بيحدده)، وما بنجمع بيانات منهم عن قصد. لو عرفت إن طفل أدخل بيانات، ابعتلنا وهنحذفها.
7. الأمان
بنستخدم اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) ونحمي لوحة الإدارة بكلمة سر. مفيش نظام آمن 100%، لكن بنحاول نحمي بياناتك بشكل معقول.
8. التغييرات
ممكن نحدّث السياسة دي، وبنكتب تاريخ آخر تحديث فوق. لو التغيير جوهري هنعلمك داخل اللعبة.

Your privacy matters. This policy explains in plain language what we collect, why, and how you stay in control. The game is free and supported by ads.
1. What we collect

Stored on your device: your progress and settings (sound, language, theme…). We do not collect: your real name, phone number, precise location (GPS), contacts, photos or microphone.
2. Advertising
The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect and use your device’s advertising ID and technical device data to serve (possibly personalised) ads and measure performance, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can turn off ad personalisation or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). In regions that require consent (such as the EEA/UK) we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads.
3. Sharing
- We do not sell your data.
- Google AdMob: to show ads (section 2).
- Country lookup service (api.country.is): receives your IP address at first sign-up solely to return the country; we do not keep the address.
- Our hosting provider, which runs our server and stores the data listed above.
- Your display name, avatar and points are visible to other players in the league.
- We may disclose data if required by law or a public authority.
4. Retention
We keep your account data while you play, and may delete accounts inactive for more than 24 months. Aggregated statistics that are not tied to a specific player may be kept to improve the game.
5. Your rights and data deletion
You can request a copy of your data, correction, or complete deletion. Email support@tilefox.app with your “Player ID” (in the game: Settings → My account). We will delete your server data within 30 days. Note: uninstalling the game only removes local data, not server data.
If you are in the EU, UK or another region with similar laws, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
6. Children
The game is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age set by your local law) and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protect our admin panel with a password. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. For material changes we will let you know in the game.
